The Rose of Jericho – The Longing for the Living Water
The Jericho rose was named after the Palestinian city of Jericho, renowned for being the oldest city in the world. This amazing plant grows in desert regions, and has the ability to survive long periods of time without water. After a long drought, only some abundant dew is enough for it to revive, turn green and start to open its petals. The Jericho rose is also called the holy rose and is considered a symbol of new and eternal life, a symbol of the resurrection process that begins in the desert of our dialectical reality.
Dear friends, Through the symbolism of the Rose of Jericho, we announce the conference ADRIATICA 2024, which will be held in Dubrovnik / Croatia from April 12 to 14, 2024
